Leave a Legacy

Celebrate the life, achievements, and character of someone you cherish!

Honour someone special, give tribute for a life well-lived, or simply celebrate a special occasion.

Your gift will be meaningful and long-lasting—helping future generations of Namibian children and their natural heritage.

  • Acknowledge someone’s expertise, professionalism, or friendship.
  • Create a lasting legacy in the name of a loved-one.
  • Recognise the interests and concerns of someone special

What is a legacy?

A legacy is a financial gift left behind which will benefit others. The AfriCat Foundation has been fortunate to have received legacies over the past few years, which have enabled the renovation of facilities and the building of new amenities, all of which have improved the quality of the Foundation’s permanent feline residents. The Environment Education Programme has similarly been expanded thanks to legacies, imparting a valuable life experience onto growing numbers of Namibia’s children.

Why leave a legacy?

Consider for a moment the charitable organisations which have positively impacted your life, your family members, or friends’ lives. Are you already an AfriCat annual donor? A charitable bequest in your will could endow your gift for the future of this Foundation.

How do I leave a legacy for AfriCat?

Collect your family and financial information. Talk with an estate-planning solicitor and with your financial advisors. Consider a charitable bequest in your will to the AfriCat Foundation, Namibia.
